有没有装新的硬件?有的话,在dos里从c:\winnt/windows下的repair文件里的system文件copy 到system32 下.
你这很可能是装的新软件引起,能进入安全模式的话,把相关软件杀掉试试/.
如果不行再试下：插入系统盘光启,进入控制台,用c:\winnt\repair\config.nt 替换c:\winnt\system32\目录下的config.nt文件,重启系统
你有ghost的原包没,有的话就手动运行ghost再重新装原包进去,当然这是最后的办法!
