give这类动词一般是带双宾语的.sth,是简接宾语,sb,指直接宾语.
it 即代替上半句的the book.因为是it代词,要放中间.所以用 gave it to me 但这类give用法的还有:pass sth to sb, bring sth. to sb. take sth.to sb. ,lend sth.to sb. borrow sth.to sb.等,
