第一题应该是宾语从句 I don't know which(of these cars)is the best.which代指这些车中的一个 作宾语
第二题可以还原一下句子 更容易看一些

the very bus 这里的意思是“正是这辆车” 一般说on the bus /by bus
where一般指代地点和场所 比如说工厂之类的 这里不是地点而是方式 坐车去剧院 所以不能用where
