I firmly believe that people should work hard no matter what.The government's job is to assist people to practice their right, not to pamper them as if they are helpless little babies. The existence of the welfare system is like to provide a delicious dish for free. Who wants to work hard for a meal while there is a free one available? We should encourage people to be better eduacted, to obtain the knowledge and skills needed for a good job. There is no such a thing called "a better welfare system". In fact, the existence of any kind of welfare system is an insult to any healthy, intelligient and diligent person.
