Chinese martial arts,based on human movements ending up in attack-and-defence fights and stricted by systematical action routine,are the cultural forms that have gradually formed in the environment pertaining to the traditional culture of China.Chinese martial arts,which are an important part of Chinese culture,are thought of as the national quintessence of China,for they comprise rich ancient Chinese ideologies ( including phylosophy,morality,warcraft,medicine and religion ) .Shaolin Kungfu is the most outstanding representative of Chinese martial arts and symbolizes them.Shaolin Kungfu ,which has grown out of the Buddhist surroundings in Shaolin,Songshan,is one of the most popular and most wide-spread forms of China's traditional Buddhism.
