随着3G技术的飞速发展,人们对于一种更高效的技术的渴求也越来越强烈.LTE(Long Term Evolution)项目是3G的演进,被通俗的称为3.9G,具有100Mbps的数据下载能力,被视作从3G向4G演进的主流技术.随着LTE技术的不断发展,一套高效的定价机制的出现就越来越存在着必要性了.好的定价机制不仅可以用来为运营商获得经济效益服务,还可以引导用户消费行为,利用有限的无线资源为用户提供尽可能大的效用.
本文首先引出了经济学方法在LTE定价机制中的用途;然后对LTE的各种系统模型进行了分析,以此来选择合适的经济学算法;其次从用户的效用函数出发,分析了效用特性,效用最大化以及公平性原则;再次分析了几种定价机制下用户效用选择的资源分配方式,通过效用函数,社会福利以及调度过程来比对每一种分配方式的优劣;最后进行了软件的仿真与结果分析

With the rapid development of 3G technology, people for a more efficient technology have a stronger thirst. LTE ( Long Term Evolution ) project is a 3G evolution, is colloquially referred to as3.9G, with100Mbps data downloading capabilities, from 3G to4G evolution is regarded as the mainstream technology. With the continuous development of LTE technology, a highly efficient pricing mechanism appears more and more the existence of necessity. Good pricing mechanism can be used not only for operators to obtain economic benefits, can also guide the user consumption behavior, use the limited wireless resources to provide the greatest possible utility.
This paper first introduces economics method in LTE pricing mechanisms in use; and then the LTE various system models are analyzed, in order to choose the suitable economics algorithm; secondly, from the user utility function sets out, analysed utility characteristics, the utility maximization and fair principle; again analyzed several kinds of pricing mechanism under the user utility selection of resource allocation mode, the utility function, social welfare and the scheduling process to compare every kinds of distribution advantages and disadvantages; finally a software simulation and result analysis
