我也选D,但是还是有点糊涂.为什么不选C?C项的getting让我想起非谓语、伴随状什么的.D项则让我想起固定句型 It is adj.for sb.to do sth.,但是跟这边的情况好像不太一样啊,这边好像是一个从句.

it is difficult for disabbled people to get good jobs.残疾人要找到好工作很难．
顺便说说非谓语的问题 有三类 -ing -ed -to do
- ing 表示主动、伴随（伴随着某个动作同时发生）
-ed 表示被动、发生在过去的时间段
-to do 表示将来、目的（“为了·····”）
realize后面确实是一个从句，how difficult it is for sb to do sth, 这其实上是一个宾语从句，变成陈述语序后，It is adj. for sb. to do sth. 所以你的这部分判断是正确的，这边的情况就是这个句式的变形。 意识到这点以后，固定搭配死记硬背= =。
选D是正确的，其实你也谈到了理由，即it is adj for sb. to do sth.
宾语从句how difficult it is ....其实是一个感叹句的意思，it is difficult for disabbled people to get good jobs.残疾人要找到好工作很难．
How 作为连接副词在这里引导一个宾语从句。
