2/3 original clean on Board B/L marked ''Freight Prepaid'' made out to order of the opening bank and notify the Applicant;
3/4 original signed Commercial Invoice showing 100% contract value;
3/4 original detailed and signed Packing list;
1 original and 2 certified copy of Certificate of Origin issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade;
3/4 original Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by Manufacturer;

3/4 original Certificate of Warranty issued by the Manufacturer;
3/4 original Certificate of Insurance covering 110% of total
invoice value for all risks showing claim payable in Hanoi, Vietnam;
3/4 original Test Report and Packing List signed by Manufacturer at factory before shipment;
Copy fax advise the shipment;
Receipt of DHL/Courier slip and beneficiary statement that one set original shipping documents (including: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, ...) and certified copy of Certificate of Origin shall be sent to the Buyer not later than 03 working days after B/L date.
L/C shall be valid for 21 days after B/L dated and freely negotiable, available by payment at Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Offshore Banking Department in China. The Buyer and the Seller will bear banking charges in their respective country, but charges for amendment or extension of L/C shall be born by the requester.
