所以你应该很清楚了,按时区来算,纽约是13点,但是通常来说每个国家为了统一时间都会以一个时区为准,就像我们以东八区的区时为标准,美国是以西五区吧如果我没记错的话.但是既然他这么问,那就是13点啦.

NewYork处于Eastern California处于Pacific 他们之间相差四个时区。
所以NewYork看到太阳的时候，California还是黑天。
