这里用的词组是：be supposed to do sth 应该做什么
send 与 the message 是动宾关系,send是动作,message作宾语,但这是一个被动关系,所以要写成be supposed to be send.
send与the message 之间是动宾关系,且含被动关系
关键是找到动词与主语的关系，是主谓关系就用主动，动宾关系，通常就用被动
