首先把两个红薯洗干净放在电饭锅里和米饭一起蒸熟,然后剥皮儿后放在晚里捣碎成泥状.
加面粉（红薯粉亦可）,面粉的分量大概是红薯的三分之二吧,然后加少许糖,根据个人适应口味而加.混在一起搅匀,用手不停揉捏.
反复揉捏混合物,直到它被揉成一个面团形状和硬度的状态,就可以了.
然后用手取小块儿红薯面团,揉成一个个圆形的丸子状,装盘.很可爱哦.
锅里的油烧热后,就把捏好的丸子放进去翻炸,注意表让丸子胡掉哦,要不停翻动丸子使其受热均匀.这个破丸子让我炸了半天,真累.
直到丸子全部都变成了金黄色甚至有点发暗时就可以把它们全捞起来啦,嘿嘿其实你也可以把它炸成深红色,只要有耐心.
装盘就OK啦!嘿!
