New Hire Paperwork – You are responsible for getting new hire paperwork to this employee prior to or on their first day of work.The paperwork can be found on XXXOnline>Leader Central>Manager’s Toolkit.Then go to Onboarding.Locate the new hire kit and print it in its entirety.Don’t forget to print and send the XXX Benefits information (including a current rate sheet).Work with to ensure that you have everything and that you understand what needs to be done with the information.
M&G Access Request – The Security “Request for Access Form is required to be completed and submitted to initiate the M&G Background check.It should be submitted for every hire,rehire,temporary,casual labor position at the time of hire.The form should be submitted for any employee who has a change in position and requires access to restricted data.The form can found on XXXOnline>Military and Government>Forms Central>M&G TTSS Request Form Central > Employee/Office Requests >Request for Access Form
