Polyether modified polysiloxane defoaming agent was prepared by using hydrogenous polysiloxane and polyether as starting material.Effects of different reaction conditions and blendings on the conversion and the defoming property were discussed.The optimum conditions had been confirmed as 100 105 ℃,reaction time 10 12h,the mole ratio of hydrogenous polysiloxane to polyether 1∶2.Under the optimum conditions the conversion can achieve higher than 80 %.The blend that contains 10 % mass fraction of silicone oils,2 % mass fraction of emulsifiers is compared with other foreign and the domestic products.
聚硅氧烷类消泡剂具有消泡迅速、抑泡时间长和安全无毒等特点,但它难溶于水,耐高温、耐强碱性差;聚醚类消泡剂水溶性好,耐高温、耐强碱性强,但其消泡速度和抑泡时间都不甚理想.通过缩合接枝在聚硅氧烷链上引入聚醚链,这种聚醚改性硅油类共聚物可改善溶解性,提高消泡效力,使之不仅兼有原两类消泡剂的优点,而且还具有诸如逆溶解性强、自乳性好、化学稳定性和热稳定性高等独特优点,拓宽了聚硅氧烷类消泡剂的应用领域.目前,国外已有该类产品问世[1～3],但价格较高,而国内此类产品正处于研制阶段.
