kept因为这是要表示动作持续了两天，其余词汇在英语里是短暂性动作，不能与表示延续的时间for two days连用

kept，意思是我保存这书2天。因为后面有个for two days，表示一段时间，所以这个动词必须是延续性动词keep的过去式。因为borrow，buy和lend全部是非延续性动词。
