看must后的谓语动词,be动词,就用相应的am,is 或are来进行反义疑问,如果是have那么可以用have或has或did或do来进行反义疑问.
陈述部分有must 的疑问句，疑问部分根据实际情况而定。
He must be a doctor, isn't he?
You must have studied English for three years, haven't you? / didn't you?
He must have finished it yesterday, didn't he?

主要分以下三种情况:

前句等同于: You are tired
2)must+be doing sth(即对正在发生的情况进行猜测),根据be动词的具体形式来变化
如: You must be joking now, aren't you?
前句等同于: You are joking
He must be sleeping just now, wasn't he?
前句等同于: He was sleeping just now
3)must+have done sth(即对已经发生的情况进行猜测),根据实际情况来判断,这是最难的一种.
如: It must have rained last night, didn't it?
前句等同于: It rained last night
再如: You must have ever been there, haven't you?
