My expected salary is 5000. There are few reasons as following:1. According to current average wage level in this filed, I consider that XXX RMB matches the position applied; 2. considering my previous income level, XXXX RMB, is close to my proposed amount;3. As the key point, I belive my proposed salary also matches my capability. Furthermore, the company has a reasonable standards and system of employee salary. After all, with three-years working experience and skills, I am able to contribute my effort to our company and worth the salary I proposed.
