abnormal有“变态”的意义,有贬义.
anomalous只是表示与标准状态不一样,无感情色彩.
第一个是不正常,变态的意思(不过楼主拼错了,应该是abnormal)
第二个是不规则的意思abnormalous

根据个人理解，abnormal是偏离常态，deviate from the usual/normal status
而anomalous则是偏离标准状态，deviate from the standard.
